Back-up Your DLC

Note	Use the new table release each month as a reminder to take a DLC back-up. You’ll thank yourself later when you need to restore them all.

FarSight Studios uses a CDN, which allows you to access DLC you have purchased through the app.

If you live in a country or region that does not have fast internet, back up the DLC files you own to a cloud file provider.

You can use services such as DropBox, or back up the DLC to a directory on your computer. The most important point here is to make a copy not stored on your device.

If your device suffers a catastrophic failure, you may not have a chance to recover the DLC files. Downloading 60 tables could take up to four hours, depending on the CDN node you connect to. Having a local copy of your DLC available will make restoring faster.
